We'll always do our best to work within your brand colours. Because we use all-natural colours and flavours, exact colour matching for sprinkles/ edible logos etc isn't always possible, but we'll talk you through the closest options before anything is decided on.

Yes - our fairy floss is made without gluten, dairy, egg, nut and soy products. We also use all-natural colours and flavours and no

preservatives for our signature fairy floss. If coloured fairy floss is required, there may be some variation to this, however we can always chat through this with you. 

We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, particularly for larger orders or custom flavours. Around 3- 4 weeks is ideal for most corporate orders, but if you're working to a shorter turnaround, still get in touch, we'll

Yes, we can send corporate orders Australia-wide. Freight is quoted based on the size of the order and delivery location, and we time production as close to your event as practical so the floss arrives fresh and fluffy.

Our fairy floss can stay fresh for up to 3 months when sealed and stored correctly. For events, we prefer to produce it as close to the event date as possible, usually within the couple of weeks beforehand.

The Cart needs a 1.5m x 1.5m space and is a great option for indoor events, corporate activations and events where you want a smaller footprint. The Trailer needs 3.6m x 2m, is all-weather and works well for outdoor events,

We generally serve around 100 - 120 floss puffs per hour, depending on the event conditions and guest flow. For high-volume events, we'll talk through expected attendance with you and recommend the best setup.

Travel within a 20km radius of Adelaide is included. For locations outside this area, travel fees may apply.

Yes, our packages are offered at a fixed fee, and any additional requirements like vinyl decals, specialty toppers or other custom requests may incur an extra cost. We'll confirm everything with you before your event.

A standard, power source is required. We supply a 15-metre extension cord, if additional leads are needed, these must be supplied by the client.

The Cart requires a minimum 1.5m x 1.5m space. The Trailer requires approximately 3.6m x 2m. We also need safe, clear access for setup and pack down. Unsure? Always get in touch with details on your space & we can let you know what will fit. 

The earlier the better, particularly for weekends and busy event periods. Your date isn't secured until your booking deposit has been paid, so if you have a date in mind, get in touch and we'll check availability.

Not at all. When ordering, use the “When would you like your floss made?” dropdown to let us know when you need it. We'll time your order accordingly, so your floss is made nice and close to your event.

Yes, simply select Local Pickup from the dropdown when placing your order. Pickup is available Thursdays from 9:30–11:30am in Peterhead SA 5016.

Keep your fairy floss sealed in its can until you're ready to serve or enjoy it. Store it somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, and try to avoid unnecessary vibration or movement, both heat and movement can cause the floss to lose its fluffiness and shape.

Orders are dispatched 5 business days from when you place the order. We ship via Express Post, it costs a little more, but it means less time in transit and floss that arrives as fresh and fluffy as it should be. Tracking is provided as soon

as your order is dispatched.

Once your order is in the post, delivery timing is outside our control. We'll always help if something looks delayed and provide any information we can, but we can't guarantee post delivery times once your order has left us.

Express post is usually 1-3 business days.
