What is included with cart hire?

Our cart is a fully operated fairy floss cart. This includes machine and cart hire, 2 attendants for the duration of your package. We customise your choice of flavours and toppings which will be confirmed piror to the event. We will bring everything we need but please read 'The Finer Details" tab to see power and space requirements

How do we order the custom fairy floss?

go to shop and select fairy floss. Select which style and flavour you would like. After check out, we will be in touch to help you design your custom sticker design if selected via email.

Be sure to write the date of the event in the notes section so we can get them to you fresh and in time for your celebration.

What is a fairy floss cake and how do we cut it?

Our fairy floss cakes are layers of flavoured fairy floss in the shape of a cake. Allergy free, they are a great way to celebrate any occasion. Cut them with a dry sharp knife and serve just like any other cake. Keep them in their container untill ready to serve and eat.

How do we keep our fairy floss fresh?

Fairy floss is a little precious, but treat it right and you are good to go. Keep in the container until you are ready to serve/eat. Keep out of direct sunlight and limit vibration as this makes it lose its fluff.

How do you use sipping pretty drink garnish?

It is really up to you and how you want to use it. It's fairy floss designed for your drink, so gives the best effect in clear drinks with bubbles to help the shimmer move around. Either pour your drink and place in after or place in your favourite glass and pour your drink on top. Enjoy!

The Finer Details

  • Travel withing 20km radius of Adelaide is included - outside of this, travel fees may apply
  • 50% deposit required to secure your date
  • This service is a fixed fee. Any additional requirements and hard costs in relation to the execution of this service (vinyl decals, specialty toppers, etc.) will be an additional cost.
  • Standard power source is required, Floss Adelaide to supply a 15 metre extension cord, if additional extension leads are required this will need to be supplied.
  • Ideal space requirements for live spinning cart - 1.5 mtr x 1.5 mtr
  • Ideal space requirements for live spinning trailer - 3.6mtr x 2mtr
  • Depending on package selected will depend on when set up and pack down is completed
  • Invoice to be paid in full 2 weeks before event
  • All booking details to be confirmed via email 2 weeks before event
